DVD Purchases

DVD purchases have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your DVD purchase and the packaging has not been opened, or your purchase is defective, it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Before returning the DVD(s) you must first request a return authorization from, see below.

Return Authorization

If you have received a defective item, you must first contact Customer Service at 1-866-566-8437 for replacement/refund information. Customer Service will assign you a return material authorization number (RMA#) that must appear with the return shipping address. Original shipment and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's history page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.

Returns without a valid RMA# will not be accepted.
